Terms of Use

AINA STUDIO is an online marketplace for buying and selling artworks. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. The Platform provides intermediary services and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Registration is required to use Platform features. Users must provide accurate information. One person may hold one account. Account transfers to third parties are prohibited. The administration may block an account for violation of these Terms.

Sellers guarantee they hold rights to listed works. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions and images. Platform commission is 10% of transaction value. Payment is released after buyer confirms receipt.

Buyers may cancel orders before seller confirmation. Refunds are issued for items not matching the description. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Buyers must inspect items upon delivery.

Prohibited: — content infringing third-party copyrights; — violent, pornographic or hate-inciting material; — counterfeit or reproduced works without disclosure; — content violating Kazakhstan law.

All artwork rights belong to their authors. By listing work, the author grants AINA STUDIO a non-exclusive right to display it for marketing purposes. The Platform's logo and interface are intellectual property of AINA STUDIO.

The Platform is not liable for user actions. Maximum liability is limited to the commission on the disputed transaction. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Terms may be updated with 7 days notice to users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Platform's registered address.
